Innovative Italian cuisine with a French twist with Two Michelin Star Chef Philippe Léveillé

From 29th March until 1st April 2016, allow Jojo to extend an invitation to experience a menu of Italian seasonal gastronomy with a twist of French haute cuisine, presented by Two Michelin Star Chef Philippe Léveillé.
Chef Léveillé has re-affirmed his status as one of Europe’s most outstanding chefs, retaining both two Michelin star at his flagship restaurant Miramonti L’altro in, Brescia, Italy and L’altro in Hong Kong. Chef Léveillé has been awarded two Michelin stars since 2001.
Hailed as one of the most representative chefs in Italy over the past decade, Chef Léveillé is highly charismatic and talented, and is known for his aptitude for combining the French cooking techniques with the traditional Italian fare.
Describing his cuisine, Chef Léveillé states that his style is “Greedy, buttered, generous and never brainy”. His gastronomic training has taken him from his birthplace of Nantes, France to Italy, where he honed in his skills of gourmet Italian cuisine exhibiting some distinctively French twists, both in presentation and cooking method.
Included in the menu at Jojo are appetizers, mains and desserts that have all been inspired by the signature dishes at his famed two-star venue, Marimonti L’Altro. Apart from being recognized as one of Italy’s most influential chefs by prestigious magazine “Grande Cucina”, Chef Léveillé also has a celebrity following including Jose Carreras, Andrea Bocelli, Grace Jones, Eros Ramazotti and President Francesco Cossiga.

About Philippe Léveillé
Mr. Philippe Léveillé has been awarded two Michelin stars since 2001, a status which he has retained for the past two decades in his Italian restaurant Miramonti L’altro located at Brescia, Italy. He is known as a celebrity Breton chef in Italy, best at combining the French cooking techniques with the traditional Italian fare. Born in Nantes, France in 1963, Chef Léveillé has a whirlwind of travels around the world and has since worked in a number of fine restaurants including in Paris, New York, Martinique, Monte Carlo and finally settling in Italy. Mr. Philippe Léveillé has been awarded two Michelin stars since 2001, a status which he has retained for the past two decades in his Italian restaurant Miramonti L’altro located at Brescia, Italy. He is known as a celebrity Breton chef in Italy, best at combining the French cooking techniques with the traditional Italian fare. เชฟฟิลิปป์ เลเวอล์เย่ ได้รับรางวัล มิชลินระดับสองดาวต่อเนื่องกว่าสองทศวรรษ ตั้งแต่ปี 2544 จนถึงปัจจุบันนี้ให้กับห้องอาหารอิตาเลี่ยนของเขาที่ชื่อว่า Miramonti L’ Altro ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่เมืองเบรสชาในอิตาลี เขาเป็นที่รู้จักในฐานะเซเลบริตี้เชฟผู้โด่งดังในอิตาลี เป็นที่ประจักษ์ในด้านการผสมผสานเทคนิคการทำอาหารฝรั่งเศสกับอาหารอิตาเลียนแบบดั้งเดิมที่ดีที่สุด
