This young and talented Chef moved to France at the age of 25 where he trained and learned from some of France’s greatest Michelin chefs. After spending three years in Burgundy as Executive Chef at Hostellerie le Cedre, where he was awarded with three toques and the distinguished prize of Best Young Burgundy Talent in the Gault and Millau, and The Best Talent for a future star in the Michelin Guide, he moved to Paris in 2012 to open his own restaurant. Soon thereafter Gault Millau 2013 named him “Big of Tomorrow 2013” which was ensued in February 2013 by the 1 star to the Michelin Guide.
