The gifted chef is one of five of Italy’s highly acclaimed Michelin star chefs who will cook at five renowned Marriott hotel restaurants in Bangkok as part of the 11th Italian Cuisine & Wines World Summit from October 9 – 12, Rossini’s Italian restaurant at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok.
