Available from 1st September until 31st October 2023, “Harvest of the Sea” features some of the most sought-after local and imported marine delicacies. Diners can savor succulent king crab leg, Spanish octopus tentacle, jumbo tiger prawns and four half-shell scallops, all grilled to perfection using the renowned Josper Grill. This unique charcoal-wood-fired grill imparts a smoky flavor that enhances the natural taste of the seafood. Served with three delectable sauces: white wine sauce, Thai seafood dip, and our chef’s signature sauce, this special seafood platter is priced at just THB 3,580++.
