“Meet the Artisan” – Thai Cheese Night by VIVIN Grocery Bistro, as part of the French Embassy’s “Goût de France”, a gastronomic event celebrated worldwide. Cheese makers for the evening were Brice Renaud of Dofann and Jarutat “Jart” Snidwongse Na Ayuthaya of Jartisann.
