The Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel will be organizing  a  ‘Canadian Cultural & Gourmet Charity Dinner’ in the hotel’s ballroom on Wednesday, 27January 2016,  from 7.00 pm onwards.

Contribute to a very worthy cause while savouring an exclusive four-course dinner specially prepared by Canadian Guest Chef Cameron Stauch and paired with select wines.

The dinner is being held in collaboration with the Care For Cancer – 2016 Fun Run with the support of the Embassy of Canada.  Proceeds go to the Genetic Cancer Research Center at Chulalongkorn Hospital under the auspices of the Thai Red Cross Society.

About Chef Cameron Stauch :

During the last fifteen years chef Cameron Stauch’s culinary career has alternated between working in kitchens in Canada and Asia. Chef Cameron was part of the kitchen team for last three Governor Generals of Canada, Canada’s head of state. He’s prepared dishes using only the best Canadian heritage ingredients that represent Canada’s varied cultural communities. He’s honoured to have cooked for three generations of the British royal family from their Royal Highnesses, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge; the Emperor and Empress of Japan and many other foreign royalty and dignitaries. His work and travel throughout Asia serve as further inspiration to his menus.
