Available every day for lunch and dinner, the Delizie d’Estate features some of the best-loved Italian food that includes the Prosciutto di Norcia e Melone. This is a classic appetizer with only a few ingredients yet the pairing of a perfectly sweet melon with the mildly salty Prosciutto complements each other so well that it is universally well-liked.
Cozze al Pecorino is baked Mediterranean mussels in a well-balanced homemade Sugo, a rich tomato sauce which pairs well with fresh basil. Served with fire-grilled toast on the side, this elegant meal packs a punch of seafood flavours.
Whet your appetite with Linguine in crosta di pane, Chef Roberto’s new creation with a hint of surprise – seafood linguine baked in an oven casserole encased in a bread crust lid. Open the lid and guests will discover a filling steaming with flavour. The portion is enough to feed two persons.
Another must-try is the hand-pulled Facaccina di bufala nera, a wood-fired focaccia pizza showcasing a burst of colors with luscious toppings like the impressive black buffalo mozzarella, yellow tomato confit, and green basil.
