Chaîne Thailand Celebrated an Evening of Chapitre Gala Dinner
Premier gastronomic association Chaîne des Rotîsseurs, Thailand Bailliage, hosted an annual gala dinner recently at the Residence of The Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Hotel. The so called Chapitre or Chapter dinner is Chaîne’s major event where members get together annually. It is also served to welcome new members and recognize long standing members who contributed to the association.

JAAN, the Singapore Modern French restaurant that is a regular on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants listing, will be featured at Tables Grill at Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok in which Sanpellegrino, the ambassadors of fine dining and Italian living globally, present Chef de Cuisine Kirk Westaway, who makes a guest appearance from May 25 to 26, 2016.

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok presents a memorable fine dining experience combined with the joy of giving. Enjoy an extraordinary and innovative 5-course gourmet dinner menu designed by Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok’s Executive Chef, Mark Hagenbach and his culinary team at Tables Grill. The menu will be paired with an outstanding selection of wines such as Chateau Mouton Rothschild and more, as well as Champagne from Louis Roeder. This wine event will be held on Thursday March 31, 2016 at 6.30PM for Champagne & canapés and 7.30PM seated dinner at Tables Grill. In addition, wine lovers can purchase a wine dinner with 5 course menu to experience for THB 15,999++ per person. All proceeds go to support the education of disadvantaged children under the care of the Bangkok Post Foundation.
