In October, Rossini’s welcomes special guest Michelin star chef, Errico Recanati, a truly exceptional chef from Marche in central Italy.

From October 15 – 18, 2014, diners can enjoy  Chef Errico’s extraordinary modern cuisine at Bangkok’s finest Italian restaurant. The renowned chef will create his extraordinary Italian cuisine for a gourmet Velenosi Wine Dinner on Friday October 17, and also offer a special à la carte menu.

Chef Errico is the creative force behind the celebrated restaurant, Andreina, in Loreto, Italy. Inspired by the traditional flavors of Marche, Chef Errico brings regional Italian cuisine into the 21st century through personal expression and mastery of contemporary techniques to create unforgettable dishes that transport diners into the realm of fantasy.

Many successful editions of the exhilarating wine tasting and dinner event have taken place in the last three years including Hong Kong, Shanghai and New York City, but for the first time, Great Wines of Italy is coming to Thailand’s dynamic capital.

The two-day trade and consumer event, sponsored by Cathay Pacific and Thailand Tatler, will showcase a handpicked selection of wines from Italy’s top producers, all of which were chosen by internationally acclaimed wine critic James Suckling and rated as being 90 points or more. Suckling is also the wine editor for Thailand Tatler as well as other Tatlers in Asia including Hong Kong, China, Macau, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Indonesia. A total of 55 wineries – including such prestigious names as Ornellaia, Bibi Graetz, Casanova di Neri, Antinori, Pio Cesare, Frescobaldi and more – will be pouring two wines each.
