J’AIME restaurant at U Sathorn Bangkok is reshaping and moving towards a local metamorphosis, with the aim of surprising you, presenting what we love; the beauty within the difference, where France might symbolize the seed, curiosity would be water and Thailand the sun.
2-Michelin Star Chef Jean Michel Lorain will be visiting us to celebrate the launch of this exciting change from Thursday 13th to Sunday 16th June 2019, and we are delighted to invite you to join us during these incredible three days and sample our exquisite cuisine prepared using the most beautiful produce of Thailand.
Enjoy a special five-course menu for lunch at only 2,999 THB Net and a special seven-course menu for lunch or dinner at 4,599 THB Net with wine pairing for each course.
Dishes include:
- Black king fish, baby leek, sweet pepper and wild almond sauce
- Giant freshwater prawn, banana flowers barigoule style, heart of palm and shiso seeds
- Pan-seared ostrich filet, butternut squash purée, garlic confit and lapsang souchong tea infusion
- Glazed farmed pork, buckwheat, carrot, citrus and timut pepper sauce
