Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Thailand celebrated its 48th anniversary at an Annaul Chapitre at the Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok. The event, led by Bailli Délégué National & Membre du Conseil Magistral Joe P. Thawilvejjakul, welcomed new epicureans to association through an induction ceremony, and also introduced the new Bangkok Rattanakosin Bailliage with Ja Molchaya Tejapaibul appointed Chapter’s Bailli Déléguée and Natayada Na Songkhla, Chancelier.

At the initiative of H.E. Mr. Thierry Mathou, Ambassador of France to Thailand, who would like the walls of the Embassy of France in Bangkok to display the symbols of the long-lasting and friendly relations between France and Thailand with a participation of Thai youth, an art project on the Embassy of France’s walls was thus launched.

The 14th edition of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong and Macau 2022 unveiled 71 starred restaurants in Hong Kong. Announced in a virtual award ceremony, this year’s edition makes Hong Kong home to seven three-star restaurants, 12 two-star restaurants and 52 one-star restaurants.

FEATURES A TOTAL OF 361 DINING ESTABLISHMENTS,
WITH 6 NEW ONE MICHELIN STAR RESTAURANTS
In the official launch event of The MICHELIN Guide Bangkok, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, Chiang Mai, Phuket & Phang-Nga 2022, Michelin announced awardees of the coveted MICHELIN Star, the MICHELIN Green Star, the MICHELIN Guide Young Chef Award, and the MICHELIN Guide Service Award. Featured in this fifth local edition are 361 dining establishments – with 6 two MICHELIN Star (all retained their status), 26 one MICHELIN Star, 133 Bib Gourmand, and other 196 selected entries. New additions to the MICHELIN Guide consist of 6 (all located in Bangkok) in the one MICHELIN Star, and 33 in the Bib Gourmand lists, together with another 51 in the Guide’s official selection.

สถานทูตฝรั่งเศสประจำประเทศไทยจัดงาน ท่องราตรีชมศิลป์ แกลเลอรี่ไนท์ เป็นประจำทุกปี ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่ 8 ให้ชื่อว่า Galleries’ Nights 2021 : “Art is the Solution” งานนี้ดึงแรงบันดาลใจมาจาก Nuit blanche หรือ White night ของปารีส ที่พิพิธภัณฑ์และหอศิลป์ร่วมมือร่วมใจกันเปิดให้เข้าชมฟรีโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายตลอดคืน ชาวปารีเซียนสนุกสนานกันยันฟ้าสาง ส่วนบ้านเรายามปรกติเบาะ ๆ แค่เที่ยงคืน แต่ปีนี้ด้วยสถานการณ์ไม่ค่อยอำนวย มาตรการจึงเข้มงวด แกลเลอรี่ส่วนใหญ่จึงเปิดให้เข้าชมแค่ 3 ทุ่ม
