Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok is delighted to announce the latest joint effort for a unique experience of French epicure. Le Normandie’s Chef de Cuisine Arnaud Dunand Sauthier, together with Chef Koji Shimomura, a 2-Michelin-star guest chef from Tokyo presents “Four Hand Lunch and Dinner” at Le Normandie from 30 January to 2 February 2019.

Our guest chef, Chef Koji Shimomura is a highly-acclaimed chef and the owner of Édition Koji Shimomura in Roppongi, Tokyo, where his delicacies is known for a unique sensation of Japanese and French flavours. With his creative minded and extensive cooking experiences, chef Koji has been invited by many reputable airlines to exclusively cook for their first class passengers.

With the passion to escalate French gastronomy to the next level and to showcase a unique cooking method, Chef Arnaud and Chef Koji have spent their time in the kitchen to invent new creative dishes that will arouse your taste bud. A delectable lunch set menu of 6-course, priced at THB 4,500++ (THB 5,297 net) and dinner set menu of 8-course, priced at THB 9,200++ (THB 10,829 net). Lunch will feature Roasted Lamp Saddle, Lettuce, Radish and anchovies as your main course while dinner is even more special serving Roasted Challans Duck, Endive and Beetroot.
