THE ST. REGIS BANGKOK PRESENTS ONE-OFF IGNIV BANGKOK CULINARY COLLABORATIONS Casual lunch and chef collaboration dinner with Chef Andreas Caminada

The St. Regis Bangkok is bolstering a sense of community and supporting cross-exchange of culinary ideas with two gastronomic collaborations at IGNIV Bangkok (1 MICHELIN star) on November 28, 2022.

For lunch, the IGNIV kitchen team will serve pass around food and drinks together with Chef Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn from Le Du (1 MICHELIN star). Hosted at IGNIV Bangkok and the garden, the casual lunch event is open to the public, and will feature live DJ entertainment from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM.

Later in the evening, IGNIV’s Founding Chef Andreas Caminada, on his return visit to Bangkok, and Head Chef David Hartwig presents the modern Swiss cuisine at IGNIV Bangkok, rooted in Europe with origins in Switzerland and influences from all over the world. The sharing experience also showcases IGNIV’s uniquely friendly and cozy atmosphere—one where guests have the opportunity to interact with chefs and service team members.

Joining chefs Andreas and David for a gastronomic extravaganza are chefs Thomas and Mathias from Sühring (2 MICHELIN stars). Using techniques rooted in the German tradition, including fermentation, pickling, smoking, drying, and curing, the twin brothers combine the essence of traditional dishes with contemporary Central European influences.

Chef Andreas’s signature restaurant Schloss Schauenstein, Switzerland (3 MICHELIN stars, 19 Gault & Millau points) has appeared on the “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” list since 2011 and was awarded the Sustainable Restaurant Award in 2019. Chef Andreas is also a founder of IGNIV restaurants in St. Moritz, Bad Ragaz, Zurich, and Bangkok.

Prices are THB 3,000++ per person for the Kitchen Party (11:30 AM – 1:30 PM), and THB 9,900++ per person for the Collaboration Dinner (6:00 PM onwards) at IGNIV Bangkok on Monday, 28 November.
