Chaîne Thailand Celebrated an Evening of Chapitre Gala Dinner
Premier gastronomic association Chaîne des Rotîsseurs, Thailand Bailliage, hosted an annual gala dinner recently at the Residence of The Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Hotel. The so called Chapitre or Chapter dinner is Chaîne’s major event where members get together annually. It is also served to welcome new members and recognize long standing members who contributed to the association.

Mom Luang Sarali Kitiyakara represented Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali Krom Muen Suddhanarinatha presided over the annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony and Christmas Tree Charity Project 2019, recently at Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel. Proceeds from the funds raised from the sponsor’s donation will support the Friends in Need (of “PA”) Volunteers Foundation, Thai Red Cross.

Gastronomic Association Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Thailand, led by Bailli Délégué Arto Artinian held a dinner in celebration of French culinary arts at 2-Michelin starred Le Normandie restaurant. For this very special evening Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier created a fantastic 6-course menu paired with delightful wines from different regions of France. The objective of the Chaîne is to help promote fine dining as well as develop the art of gastronomic cuisine.
