With his inspiration encompassing modern French cuisine served in a classic style he has created a truly magnificent 7-course tasting menu which is also served at his Michelin-starred restaurant, La Côte Saint Jacques in Burgundy, France. This exquisite dinner will be available to gourmets in Bangkok at J’AIME by Jean-Michel Lorain, located within the premises of U Sathorn Hotel, during November 10-13, 2016.
Josean Alija from Michelin starred Nerua in Bilbao was among 9 celebrity chefs who participated in the recent 17th World Gourmet Festival at Anantara Siam Bangkok. Upon this occasion, chef Alija shared with us 2 of his signature recipes which delighted guests during the festival.
