Bilbao’s Chef Josean Alija Shares Two of His Michelin Starred Recipes at World Gourmet Festival

Josean Alija from Michelin starred Nerua in Bilbao was among 9 celebrity chefs who participated in the recent 17th World Gourmet Festival at Anantara Siam Bangkok. Upon this occasion, chef Alija shared with us 2 of his signature recipes which delighted guests during the festival.
