Premier Gastronomic Association Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, led by Bailli Déléguée Bangkok Chapter Molchaya Techapaibul, hosted an exquisite French dinner at Restaurant Stage Bangkok. Other committee members attending the event were Joe Thawilvejjakul, Bailli Délégué National, Arto Artinian, Bailli Délégué Honoraire, Natayada na Songkhla, Chancelier National and Alessandro Haab, Conseillé culinaire.

Premier gastronomic association Chaîne des Rotîsseurs, Thailand Bailliage, hosted an annual gala dinner recently at the Residence of The Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Hotel. The so called Chapitre or Chapter dinner is Chaîne’s major event where members get together annually. It is also served to welcome new members and recognize long standing members who contributed to the association.

La Confrerie de la Chaine des Rotisseurs Thailand held a Black-tie chapter dinner recently at the Mandarin Oriental Bangkok. This annual gala event is most important to the Chaine tradition as it is meant to give a warm welcome to new gastronomes to the association while recognizing current members who have been supportive to the Chaine throughout the years.
