MICHELIN-STAR DINING AT THE ST. REGIS BANGKOK WITH DUTCH CHEF EDWIN VINKE AT JOJO RESTAURANT
From the 2-Michelin-Starred, award-winning restaurant ‘De Kromme Watergang’, in the Netherlands, Chef Edwin Vinke shares his mastery of land and sea with guests at Jojo, in The St. Regis Bangkok, in exclusive menus from 22nd to 27th January 2018.
The Franco-Thai Chamber of Commerce, led by its President Alexandre Dupont, recently celebrated the chamber’s 50th anniversary at a Charity Gala Dinner held at the Dusit Thani Hotel Bangkok. On this occasion, French Ambassador H.E. Mr. Gillles Garachon together with Dr. Jingjai Hanchanlash, Vice Chairman of the Board of Thailand, were invited as guests of honour.

French ambassador Mr Gilles Garachon presided over the opening ceremony of the annual Bonjour French Fair 2017 at the Queen Sirikit Convention Centre. This year the popular fair is being held under the theme “Oh La La ! Christmas Market” and will run until Sunday 17 December.
As chef Vincenzo Candiano of the 2-Michelin-Star Locanda Don Serafino is invited to be guest chef at Jojo Italian restaurant this coming week, I’d like to share my wonderful experience at this restaurant during my trip to Sicily.

Locanda Don Serafino เป็นร้านอิตาเลียนระดับ 2 ดาวมิชลิน ตั้งอยู่ในเขต Ragusa ทางตอนใต้ของซิซิลี ที่ตั้งเป็นเสมือนถ้ำ อยู่ใต้ภูเขา เห็นรูปหินสวยที่เป็น interior แล้วโดนใจ เลยคิดเข้าข้างตัวเองว่า ที่เปิดไกด์ปุ๊บแล้วมาเจอปั๊บ น่าจะเป็นพรหมลิขิตว่าร้านนี้อย่าได้พลาดเชียว

Michelin is pleased to unveil the first selection for the MICHELIN Guide Bangkok, which features a total of 98 restaurants. This selection highlights how the city embraces international dining without abandoning its own heritage and authentic cuisine – which draws millions of visitors worldwide.
Acclaimed French chef Jean-Marc Banzo, a native of Aix-en-Provence in the South of France, was recently invited as guest chef at the renowned Fireplace Grill and Bar. The former two -Michelin-starred chef who is now a professional restaurant consultant presented a classy, yet delightfully inspired approach to French cuisine. The much loved traditional recipes that we were indulged with were beautifully created with a blend of sophistication and the subtle use of innovative techniques.
