SEEN Restaurant &  Bar Bangkok Presents a Spanish Feast with Chef Jacobo Astray Tudela

SEEN Restaurant and Bar Bangkok, the rooftop hotspot with stunning views of the city, is hosting a gastronomic fiesta celebrating Spanish flavours with Chef Jacobo Astray Tudela, the founder of Gula Bangkok and a former El Bulli chef. On 17 and 18 January, guests are invited for a special dinner featuring Chef Jacobo’s signature dishes that draw on his Galician roots and culinary adventures around the world.

On the menu are such delicacies as foie gras and anchovy tapas, shrimp tacos, seafood mains, beef cannelloni, and Spanish-style French toast. Guests can choose any four dishes for a fixed price of THB 2,990++, while grooving to the beats of a DJ and percussionist and sipping on SEEN’s sinfully good cocktails. A la carte dishes are also available.

The SEEN x Gula Bangkok event will take place on 17 and 18 January from 6.00 pm onwards at SEEN Restaurant and Bar Bangkok 26th floor of Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel. For reservations, call on 0-2431-9120

About Chef Jacobo Astray Tudela
Chef Jacobo Astray Tudela is a Galician chef who has worked at El Bulli, the legendary three-Michelin-star restaurant in Spain, which pioneered the concept of food as art. He has travelled the world to explore new flavours and techniques, and has been a consulting chef for various hospitality enterprises in Thailand. He is the founder of Gula Bangkok, the first private chef service in Bangkok, and Broken Eggs, a Spanish tapas restaurant. He is currently the Executive Chef and pre-opening team member for the first Kimpton (IHG) resort in South East Asia.
