From 29th March until 1st April 2016, allow Jojo to extend an invitation to experience a menu of Italian seasonal gastronomy with a twist of French haute cuisine, presented by Two Michelin Star Chef Philippe Léveillé.

Chef Léveillé  has re-affirmed his status as one of Europe’s most outstanding chefs, retaining both two Michelin star at his flagship restaurant Miramonti L’altro in, Brescia, Italy and L’altro in Hong Kong. Chef Léveillé has been awarded two Michelin stars since 2001.

Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok presents a memorable fine dining experience combined with the joy of giving. Enjoy an extraordinary and innovative 5-course gourmet dinner menu designed by Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok’s Executive Chef, Mark Hagenbach and his culinary team at Tables Grill. The menu will be paired with an outstanding selection of wines such as Chateau Mouton Rothschild and more, as well as Champagne from Louis Roeder. This wine event will be held on Thursday March 31, 2016 at 6.30PM for Champagne & canapés and 7.30PM seated dinner at Tables Grill.  In addition, wine lovers can purchase a wine dinner with 5 course menu to experience for THB 15,999++ per person. All proceeds go to support the education of disadvantaged children under the care of the Bangkok Post Foundation.

Goût de France / Good France, organized on the initiative of the internationally renowned Chef Alain Ducasse and the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, showcases the French way of life, regional products, and France as a tourist destination.

Carles GAIG, owner of the Michelin Guide rated Fonda Gaig restaurant on Corsega Street in the Eixample district of Barcelona, Spain, will be a guest chef at UNO MAS, Centara Grand at Central World from 9th to 11th March 2016. 

Chef GAIG will be serving an eight-course set menu for evening dinner, priced at THB 3,900++ / person food only.  Special offer on 10th March priced for food and beverage package  at THB 4,900 Net.

Receive a special welcome drink just before entering the world of Spanish culinary.  The journey begins with Cod fritters Catalan style and Oysters in fine ‘escabeche’ and vegetables. Then, Puff pastry with roasted vegetables ‘escalivada’ and fresh lobster and the traditional Cannelloni of Carles Gaig with black truffle cream, one of his signature dishes. Next, the authentic Spanish Seafood paella with prawns and baby squid and The Black cod fish with ‘Samfaina’. This is then followed by the mouthwatering main course. Beef Tenderloin with ‘Priorat’ red wine sauce. End the tour with the classic dessert version of the Catalan cream.
