Korean Top Chef Pierre Sang Serves Up French Cuisine in Paris’ Popular Bastille District

Situated in the popular Bastille area of Paris is Pierre Sang on Gambey, a fashionable eatery serving French gastronomy by the rising Korean chef Pierre Sang. I was recommended this restaurant by many friends since it has quickly become a big hit as a rendezvous location for food lovers. So I came to check it out and enjoyed very much their 5-course degustation menu. The food was delectable while the atmosphere was casual and fun. A great place to be in Paris!

ในรอบ 2 – 3   ปีที่ผ่านมา  ดูเหมือนว่าเชฟชาวเอเชียจะพุ่งหน้ามาแรงในวงการอาหารฝรั่งเศส   ที่โดดเด่นมาก ๆ ก็เชฟญี่ปุ่นหลายต่อหลายคน ๆ  ที่สร้างชื่อด้วยความสามารถในการสร้างสรรค์อาหารฝรั่งเศสออกมาได้อย่างน่าทึ่ง

มื้อนี้ไม่ใกล้ไม่ไกลจากญี่ปุ่น  หากชวนมาทำความรู้จักกับเชฟชาวเกาหลีชื่อ  ปิแอร์ ซ็อง  (Pierre Sang)  เพื่อนๆ หลายคนแนะนำ  จนต้องตามไปลองฝีมือมาฝากกัน   ร้านนี้กำลังดังแบบมาแรงแซงโค้ง food critic ฝรั่งเศสเชียร์   ตัวเชฟเองได้รับเสียงชื่นชม   ด้วยฝีมือปรุงอาหารฝรั่งเศสดังติดอันดับต้น ๆ ของกรุงปารีสทีเดียว
